The main character is Mafalda a precocious 3 year-old girl. She lives with her Father Romeo and is to him Wife, Mother and Daughter in one. They frequently have sexual intercourse; at times Mafalda gives him a blow job, sometimes he fucks her in the ass (p.33) because she had a vaginal infection. Her Father, however, falls in love with another woman - Karl Otto. Finally Mafalda kills him with a Persian pistol.
In Tokyo she joins a gang, "The Traitors". She gets in touch with philosophy, drugs, alchohol, she has 6 abortions, 3 children and likes masochistic acts. Together with the gang she commits offences and crimes against the state.
At the age of 80 she still lives in Japan, in the slum quarters of Nagasaki. She still wants to fuck around as often as possible, she had sexual encounters with a 15-year-old philosopher Nogushi... She finally kills him with a bow and arrow.
